Mary Turner will collect the London Taxi Trophy after winning our final match of the season at Willow Marsh fishery. Mary put together an all carp bag which registered just shy of 35 pound which included a 12lb11 lump which gave her a second trophy of the day as the biggest fish of the year. She used the feeder at distance throughout the five hour match which tempted three other Carp to the net.
Runners-up Ian Rennie used the same tactics from peg 16 for his 26lb 06 catch. Like the winner Ian managed to hook into four carp during the match which was enough to also gave him runners-up spot in the First Division. Juan Pereira who was pegged next to the winner also claimed runners-up spot in his respective division after he put 18lb 03 onto the scales. Juan also used the feeder at distance for his all carp catch.
Fourth Spot went to Bob Hinks who put a nice looking brace of Carp and a few silvers onto the scales for his 17lb 10 total weight and fifth was Andy Taylor with 15 pound whilst Brian Tovey took sixth.
