WITH HIS FIRST INDIVIDUAL WIN SINCE 2008 Colin Parsonage will be celebrating tonight after claiming his first Individual win since October 2008 at Coppice Lane. Colin has won Doubles and Teams of Three events in that long wait but he finally put that to bed by winning at Woodland View with over Eight pound to spare. It did not start well for Colin from peg 9 losing two rigs in a matter of minutes but a change to the feeder changed his fortunes to put just over 66 pound onto the scales. Juan Periera began the match in fine style, landing a number of fish in the first hour and like the winner he used the feeder throughout the contest and put an all carp net onto the scales for 58-06 which proved enough for second place. Pegged on the far side of Front Deans Paul Hotchkiss continued his fine run of form taking third place with an ounce over 43 pound. Paul used the pole at various distances and the feeder to catch a mixed bag which included a nice lump. Ian Rennie was also pegged on the far side at 22 just past the corner and was helped by a carp in the final minutes to secure Fourth spot with a useful 35-02. Peter Bullock was fifth with Ian Hughes in Sixth from peg 25.
