(THEY ONLY NEEDED TO INCLUD TOM AND THAY COULD HAVE BEEN CALL TEAM DAFT )
Andy Taylor, Frank Wallace, and Daz Haynes are our 2024 Teams Of Three Champions winning a great match on the Chestnut Pool at Cob House Fishery.
Daz collected maximum points in section One with a magnificent weight of 213 pounds 2 ounces, Frank followed the team captain when winning section Two with a level 155 pounds, although Andy struggled in section Three he managed to put 53 pound 7 ounces onto the scales for Six valuable points. The team finished with a final score of Eight points.
One point behind the winners where Simon Spence who picked up two points in Section One with just shy of 89 pounds, Paul Hotchkiss landed third in section Two but for a cancelled net being over the limit he could have won the section, making up the trio was Ian Hughes who was fourth in section Three with 92 pounds 12 ounces. The calculator came out to decide who finished third with two teams finishing on 10 points.
The envelope went to Nick Hull, Michael Farrell, and Ian Rennie who just piped Rob Cox, Bill Gribben, and Darren Bullock.
Many thanks to the weighing in team who did a fantastic job weighing in all those fish.
